The Stratasys F900 is the most precise and largest of the Production family, was specifically designed for digital manufacturing. Not only was the build envelope dramatically increased in size over previous Fortus systems, there are significant upgrades in its mechanical, electro mechanical and electrical systems, optimizing precison, throughput, and reliability.
The Stratasys F900 3D Production System builds durable, accurate, repeatable parts as large as 914 x 610 x 914 mm (36 x 24 x 36 in.). With abundant material options, it’s suitable for building fixtures, factory tooling and end-use parts, as well as the most demanding functional prototypes. This system features two material bays for maximum uninterrupted production. The Stratasys F900 builds in 13 real thermoplastics for applications that require high performance, bio-compatibility, static dissipation or resistance to heat, chemicals or UV radiation. With four layer thicknesses to choose from, you can strike just the right balance between fine feature detail and FDM’s fastest build.

Certifying additively manufactured parts for aircraft installation just got a lot easier. The Stratasys Aircraft Interiors Certification Solution gives aerospace companies a faster, more streamlined process. This multi-part solution includes the Aircraft Interiors Configuration Stratsys F900 Production System in tandem with the the establishment of design allowables for ULTEM 9085 resin material, approved by the National Center for Advanced Materials Performance (NCAMP). An Equivalency Toolkit and Process Control Document is included to ensure consistent build results to show equivalency to the design allowables.
