With 11 real thermoplastic options and a massive build envelope, the 900mc delivers remarkable agility, sharp accuracy and high return on investment.

The Fortus 900mc, the most precise and largest of the Performance family, was specifically designed for digital manufacturing. Not only was the build envelope dramatically increased in size over previous Fortus systems, there are significant upgrades in its mechanical, electro mechanical and electrical systems, optimizing precison, throughput, and reliability.

The Fortus 900mc 3D Production System builds durable, accurate, repeatable parts as large as 914 x 610 x 914 mm (36 x 24 x 36 in.). With 11 material options, it’s suitable for building fixtures, factory tooling and end-use parts, as well as the most demanding functional prototypes. This system features two material bays for maximum uninterrupted production. The 900mc builds in 11 real thermoplastics for applications that require high performance, bio-compatibility, static dissipation or resistance to heat, chemicals or UV radiation. With three layer thicknesses to choose from, you can strike just the right balance between fine feature detail and FDM’s fastest build.

  • PC-ABS: for the highest impact strength, plus the mechanical properties and heat resistance of PC and the surface appeal of ABS
  • PPSF: for highest heat and chemical resistance
